Scaffold carbon steel pipe is a special construction steel tube exclusively used for building temporary supporting systems. Different from fluid conveying, mechanical and petroleum pipeline steel pipes, this product is designed focusing on bearing capacity, impact resistance and convenient assembly, widely adopted in housing construction, bridge maintenance, high-rise exterior wall operation and municipal renovation projects.
Our workshop mass produces standard scaffold tubes matching BS1139 and EN39 specifications. We adopt high-frequency welding process with internal burr removing treatment, no sharp inner protrusions to avoid abrasion of scaffold fasteners. Raw materials undergo strict chemical composition testing, finished pipes pass bending, flattening and tensile tests one by one to eliminate breakage risks during site use.
We supply two surface types: black painted anti-rust scaffold pipe and hot-dip galvanized scaffold pipe with long anti-corrosion lifespan. Standard fixed length and customized cutting services are available. Our products are exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa local construction companies, supporting bulk spot supply and fast order delivery.

Key Product Features
Suitable for general structural and mechanical applications, it is one of the most widely used types of seamless steel pipe.
Materials include carbon steel (20#, 45#) and various alloy steels (Q345, 35CrMo, 42CrMo, etc.).
Application Scenarios and Industries
It is primarily used in mechanical structures and general engineering structures, and is employed in the manufacture of pipes, vessels, equipment, pipe fittings, and steel structures. Grades 20# and 45# are mainly used in general engineering machinery or as raw material for cold-drawn low-pressure hydraulic cylinders.
